You have no problem with the fudge/chocolate Jessika. You can find sites that give you a toxic weight to treat ratio. I was really surprised when Ginger ate a bunch of Reeses Peanut butter cups... the vet said she would have to eat something ridiculous - like 16 pounds of chocolate before it would be a life threatening concern. Hey, dogs like it!!!

They have been SO BAD lately. We dog proof the house every time before leaving and put EVERYTHING up on the counters in the very back. I had the fudge PUT AWAY on top of the entertainment center! There is no way they could have got it unless Double Oh knocked it down! I don't know what else to do to stop them from getting in to stuff!!

Jessika, my Lacey is a counter surfer.She isn't as bad lately due to her knee surguries,it's harder for her to stand on her back legs. Yet yesterday as I turned my back a chunk of my french vanilla cake was gone! Putting everything way back on the counter or hidden in the microwave is a way of life here. And yes with a cat in the house you have to be more cautious since they can 'help' the dogs out by throwing things down to them.
Doesn't sound like enough chocolate to really do much harm, there's probably more sugar in the fudge than chocolate. I hope your pups are doing ok this morning.
