Thank You everyone.This has been a very painful operation.I need to get back upstairs in bed.But I wanted to thank You all for your prayers.This is the 5th operation since 2002.2 spinal fusions.The 2nd spinal fusion they went through the front in 2004 and messed up my bowels and organs.So it's been fixit operations since.First bowel repair,then hernia,now 3 hernias and some more bowel repair.I'm in awful pain.Mike got me a laptop and is trying to set it up now so I can stay in bed and go on Pettalk.
Thank You Gary for starting this prayer thread.You've been a great friend.
QSL (Jan) called me when I got home from the hospital to check up on me.
Thank you ALL for your kindness and much needed prayers.

Rest up Carla, and be sure all your fur nurses take good care of you.

Dear Carla, back surgery is always very delicate and also painful. I will pray for your perfect recovery, with as less pain as possible!!

ps. Didn't they install a "pain-pump" on you to administer painkillers whever needed?

I'm home now and I have pain pills...they just don't work because the pain is so intense.I came home that same evening Friday night.
I am using the new laptop Mike got yesterday.It's really different and kind of neat.I really like it.I'll make tons of mistakes on this thing.I'm not to bright when it comes to computers.LOL
God this so painful.I hope this is the last surgery.

Hi Carla! I'm so sorry to hear about your recent surgery and hope things are getting better for you. We can all be sure that your kitty nurses will be keeping a close watch over you and provide the care only kitty nurses can give!

I've already called a member of our prayer team at my church.and you're on our prayer list. Many prayers being prayed.....
