She wasn't as active as her normal self. Also, I know birds puff up alot but she just stayed like that all day.

Is it cold where you live? That could be why she's puffed up all the time. My birds do that alot when it's cold. No reason to worry (usually)

It is cold in the winter but it shouldn't be now. It's spring here. Thank you though!
