Good morning and happy Thursday....or Thirsday as we say it here. Richard, nice of you to check in and hope you didn't mind me starting this thread but I was desperate for a drink....something to make me a zombie.
Debbie: love the corvettes and can totally understand how hard it must to let them go. Just think of it in the long term......
Willie: Congrats! Isn't it the husband that's supposed to keel over??
Don't forget the polaroids!!
Just gotta tell you folks.....I signed up for Ebay last weekend and I'm totally addicted. Never thought I would, but when I get to work I open up Pet Talk and Ebay before I even check out my work email.
Have already made one buy and have bids on two others. Lost a bid on one other. Very small items mind you, but still, it's such a rush when the auction gets nearing the end and you're hoping and wishing you don't get outbid.
Man, the stuff you can buy there.....it's like Alice's Restaurant!!! You can get anything you want at Alice's Restaurant!!
OK, back to reality now.
I'll take a nice cup of tea
to start my day please. Have a good one and I'll check back later.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
