Poor Rachel. Hopefully she'll be able to lose the weight she needs to without any problems. I used to free feed my cats but I have 2 very piggy cats that would weigh over 20lbs if I still free fed them. Good luck with your diet Rachel.

Poor Rachel. My kitties are plump too and weigh about as much as Rachel. I've changed their food to Nutro Weight Loss but it doesn't seem to help - they just eat more of it. They don't get much exercise either.
