Back to the vet! Have them check for fleas where he's itching, and discuss the possibility of allergies with them for both the sneezing and itching.

I agree that he should be seen by a vet again. But the panting seems to be an aussie thing, Kaige pants constantly & has had exams, bloodwork etc... and I also know of a ton of other aussies that pant a lot. BUT since he has other problems it may actually be related to something in your case. Better to be safe than sorry. I wish you luck.

dh gave him benedryl last night and it helped a lot. I think it is allergies. Cus his nose looks fine. When he had his cold, his nose looked horribly chapped.

Nothing else is runny. His poo is back to normal.
