    Poor Simba!!! As I read this post, I was going to say to get the stinger out. But you did!!! I hope he feels better soon. Maybe you can put some hydrocortizone on the sting area. That might help it heal and get rid of some of the pain.

    Aw poor Simba! The last time Sydney was stung and her face swoll up huge we tried benydryl and it didn't do anything....neither did the <expensive> emergency vet shot. The only thing that helped was a prednisone (sp?) pill. I think you have to get that from the vet though. Feel better soon Simba!

    Thanks everyone.

    His paw looks no different today and he doesn't seem to be babying it at all. He just likes to scare his momma from time to time. The good child's got to be bad once in a while, too!
