Horrible, hopefully they will start cracking down a bit more on these people.

The Border Puppy Task Force formed last year after a spate of complaints from brokenhearted owners who reported their dogs were turning sick and often dying.

What do they expect when they buy a puppy off of the street or from a flea market. Some people have more money then sense.
