    I've saved these and have been reading over the past few days often. I think you posted these at a time when I really needed to see them. I find them a comfort and that they really give me perspective when things are so difficult and uncertain.

    I would add to them, for myself:

    I have learned that giving is more rewarding than receiving, and the more I give of myself, the more I feel I have the strength to deal with my own hardship.

    Sometimes this is something I have to re-learn every so often.
