    MWI - Mischief While Impaired. I believe that's simply a misdemeanor under California law, especially for a first offense

    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    There was a story just yesterday in the news about a new fashion trend. It seems some designer is attaching tiny glass beads and glitter to live bugs (cockroches specifically) putting little chains on them and woman are "pinning them" onto their clothing. Maybe Eddie is trying to expand Edwina's accessory collection

    Ewwwwwwwww..... Eddie! That is gross!

    Some "presents" we hoomans can deal with, others we cannot! This is one that we cannot! Has the tailless dragon been seen? Do we know if he still exists? Or was the tail all that was left???

    Eddie, if you need more protein in your diet, try standing at your food bowl and meowing continuously! This may work better that trying to catch your own food outdoors!
