Kay, go apply. If it's meant to be, you'll get hired. If you don't get hired, that means there's something better waiting for you. Life is all about taking chances, so go for it. Also, if for whatever reason it doesn't work out, you're still young enough (WAY young enough) to pick yourself up and either move on to something new and better, or to fall back on your current job. Seeing as you have experience, I'm sure they'd have no reservations about hiring you back if you ever wanted/needed.

I just got home myself after a long workday. I will light a candle here too and say some special prayers for Steve. Laurie must be beside herself with worry. Yes, I know the bar is closed but I let myself in because...well...today was such a bad day that I really need a drink and some comfort food. How could so many things go wrong in such a short time?? Oh well, no sense in complaining. Right now I need to focus on prayers for Steve and Laurie.
