    That''s awful! UGH I hate people!!! It was probly a case of the puppy peed in the house once lets hurt it! UGHHHH I'm glad he is in a better place now

    I followed up on other articles on this & they did say the house were
    the guy lived who owned the pup did have some caustic substances on
    his property. I hope they do uncover who is responsible & throw the book
    at them.
