    Pics of the Chickens!

    i took these pics of the chicks today. they are hard to take pics of. they are constantly moving. i've got names for all but one of them now. ok, now for the pics!

    the chick standing tall is nameless. he's also my favorite. any name suggestions?


    hangin out.


    the chick with the green on her neck is Young'n. she's the smallest and has the worst "pasty butt"


    i put colors on the back of their necks so i could tell them apart easier. the one with the green is Young'n, blue is Rowdy, and purple is nameless.





    this is nameless. she's my favorite. she literally snuggles with me every night when the parents and i hang out.

    aw, what Darlings! I have always wanted a chicken. The choise when I joined 4H was chicken or rabbit and I got Oslo, though

    Make sure you hold them tons, we didn't to that with our ducks when they were babies, biggest mistake!!!

    THANKS! i really like the name SweetPea. i think i'll name her SweetPea.

    no worries, Flatcoatluver, they get help a plenty by me, my whole family and select friends that come to visit. i always make sure everyone washes their hands first. as not to pass on their germs to my chicks. i'm such a parinoid mum.
