Oh I want a tortoise SO bad!!

I had turtles a year or so ago but they outgrew their tank (and my paycheck, unfortunately!) so I gave them to someone who had been keeping turtles his whole life and knew they were going to a good home!

Are they any tortoises you recommend for.. well, not a BEGINNGER, but not an expert, either
