Oh, what a stinky thing spraying is. Yes, I've known spayed females to spray even though its pretty rare. We had a spayed female that sprayed outside on a few occasions - but only if she was really upset or mad about something.

In the meantime, you have to be really nice to her and probably need to remove or clean the curtain since they always seem to like to "reinforce" their scent.
