P.S. I don't think that's a muzzle. I think it's just a special collar/leash that prohibits the dog from pulling. But I'm just guessing.

You are quite right - its a Canny Collar, stops him from pulling and jumping up at people

Thats a muzzle lol.
If he had a muzzle on he wouldnt be able to open his mouth to get his nice stick, a muzzle covers the whlole mouth.
My dad thinks its a form of muzzling so wont let me use it...
