Lisa ~ IMOM has an ongoing case with Ramses who had a similar problem as Scooter. The last report I read, they are not having any leaking problem. Just thought I'd pass it along in case you wanted to get more information from them.
Diagnosis: Rameses has been treated for urethral blockage twice in the last month. He has a very narrow urethra and needs a perineal urethrostomy to prevent further blockage.YIKES!
