Thanks everyone!
We went through that with Mandy and Luka. They can't go outside together, they can't be in a room together if there aren't any people there, they can't share toys, etc. 99% of the time they are okay, but I believe it is because we are so careful. They have had a few fights already, one of them causing Mandy to loose one of her canines, so we are not taking that chance again. All three of the fights started when they were playing - so no playing together EVER again. *Sigh* It is so stressful, but totally worth it!! I'm not about to rehome one of them just to make it easier for us.Originally Posted by Jadapit
Besides, as of lately it seems like a pack order has finally been established, where as before Mandy and Luka both wanted to be dominant. They seem much happier now that there is ranking in the pack (Mandy is top dog). If you were here right now you'd see them both sleeping together on a little bed, with Luka's head on Mandy's rump. They love each other, right?

This is why we are only getting puppies until Mandy is gone or learns to accept other dogs better. Mandy loves puppies, she acts like a momma to them!
