You look good. I'd only call them "mug shots" because you aren't smiling at the camera.
I'm very glad to hear that the ferals/strays will be allowed to stay and that you'll be getting help from the city now.

Going to a church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.

That is a major victory with your efforts to help those kitties. You should get a really HUDGE pat on the back for finally getting reconized for your work! Those kitties deserve the best they can have and you are seeing to it that they do.

Lisa,
It didn't dawn on me that was YOU and hubby in the newspaper. You are quite lovely (hubby ain't hard on the eyes either)
I'll be praying that you get the help you need and that the new owners of the park will cooperate so the ferals can live out their lives in peace and harmony.

Given your subject line, when I first saw the newspaper photograph I thought you were reporting on people who were being horrid to the cats! Just the opposite of course. Congratulations on your good work and being recognized by the city. I'm relieved that this tide is turning in some areas and councils etc. are realizing that people in your position are simply taking on rejected responsibilities of others and reducing the amount of work the council has to do. And that's quite something, looking attractive in a grainy newspaper photograph.
