I have a ver similar situation with my neighbor.

She adopted two stray cats from the street and plans on breeding them because she wants too see their babies. I explained everything to her about cat overpopulation, but she just doesn“t give a $**t. She has agreed to wait until the girl is 2 years old, but how she is going to keep two indoor cats from breeding is beyond me.

I am just waiting until her kitten goes in heat and starts screaming the house down, and for her male to start spraying all over the walls and cabinets.
