Addie will never do more than wade. If there are other dogs swimming, she will occasionally go in to the point where the water almost touches her belly. I am actually very excited that Addie will get in the water at all. She used to frantically run away from every bitty wave to avoid getting her feet wet (eek! ).

Jake LOVES to swim. He will run and jump in the water and look back at me to throw him a stick. He even trys to swim in those little plastic baby pools. He lays down and starts paddling at the six-inch deep water. Jake is Golden Retriever all the way.
