I use http://www.youtube.com/ you can upload videos up to a 100MB(like 20 minutes long or more) and they'll always be there unless you remove them yourself.. unlike other hosts that delete your stuff after a week or whatever. and YouTube does something to your vidoes that makes it so that people can see it. as a theres a crap load of people who dont have QuickTime.
