She lives outside. Any animal that could have died in the area her chain reaches she could have aten.

Eating other poop, if OP takes her on walks like she said she does, then she could have easily eaten poop then.

It doesn't matter. The point is that she should be getting a bit more than you are currently feeding her. It has already been suggested twice....I would try about 4 cups a day (thats 2 cups twice a day)

I don't think it matters. Pretty much all low quality foods require more feeding amounts. 4 cups a day is sufficient, why don't you do that? If she has worms, all that food shes eating is being stolen by those nasty worms. Feeding her more is the best thing to do - it doesn't matter what brand she eats, she needs more than what you give her. Give her 4 cups a day until she starts gaining her weight back atleast...

Oh, and question, we have some dewormed in the fridge...Could I give her some of that?

What kind of dewormer is it? The only one I can't think of being refridgerated (even though it is not supposed to be) is Strongid-T? But even in the vet clinic - we NEVER refridgerated any dewormer.

First, is it an actual COOKING cup or is it just "oh, i found this plastic container i'll say it's a cup" cup? Because that's what my friend did with her dog, and the container actually had about 3 cups in it.

And if it is an actual cup...

Rien eats HIGH QUALITY food and he gets 3.5 cups a day.
He's about Roxy's size, but obviously he gets more exercise, being that he's not on a chain 24/7 (minus maybe an hour). With CRAP food, I'd go with at least 4-5 cups a day. No wonder she's so thin. She's STARVING.
