    Since Sept.. But I've never gone out the padio door & it looks just like my dads old one & its only the door part the opends, not the glass wall part!!!

    It sounds like the sliding glass doors weren't installed properly.Better
    tell the apartment management people.Good luck on your bill.

    I'm going to the office this weekend to write it up..

    The reason why our hydro/gas bill is sooo low is because we don't do = billing, as they wanted nearly 300.00!!!!
