PT friends, here are some more pics of the Carnival at Rio. Those are samba schools which presented their shows at Marquês do Sapucaí - the samba parade street. 
It says the name of the Samba School. The first is how life started, for example.
We spent all night watching the parade, because it ends at 7am the next day, sleep a while, and them prepare for the night, to go samba on foot on our blocks - more than 100 people together - along the streets following the musicians with drums, cuica, pandeiro, and all the typical instuments...
Come enjoy Carnival with serpentines, lantejoulas, strass, and purpurine... To make the night shine into the night to the sound of the battery - the set of musicians...
