He's gorgeous, isn't he? I can't believe what an awesome find he was.

Yep, I'm sure he has been conditioned. The store I got him at feeds their bettas bloodworms at least 2x a day. I'll probably let him settle in the 10 gallon for a bit.. he still seems a bit stressed. :\

Opaques aren't rare like Albinos are but they certainly aren't as common as other colors around here. Another breeder told me that the only other person who works on Opaques in this area is Marianne Lewis (BCBetta.com).. who charges quite a few bucks for her bettas. I've always loved opaques so I'm gonna try starting up a line.
