Darn it, I was hoping he'd be home safe and sound by now. It's been 2 years today since my Sami went to the bridge. I've asked her (she was part husky) to get her dog butt in gear and help Delta find his way home. Good luck in your searches today. My heart is with you, tears and all.

last year Sherman's sister, Tori, ran away from her new home. She'd never been on her own before, everyone was frantic, she disappeared into the woods. A week later she came back, dirty, bruised up, infected cut on her lip, but SHE CAME BACK-- huskies have alot of smarts, and Delta knows alot about the area from being part of your team. We'll keep praying he finds his way home soon.

And a suggestion:
Visit all the local Schools and ask the Principal to post a notice in all the rooms
and at the doors -
Kids make good Searchers!

Ask the Bus Drivers to hold a Spot Delta contest on the ride home.
Kid who Spots Delta gets a pizza dinner and a Dog Sled Ride.

And don't forget to ask the Mail Delivery Person to keep a sharp lookout.
