    Oh Jaime.. You're melting my heart here. All of his pictures have been so precious but these by far are my favorite set. I love his "spikey" hair. I could just squeeze him he's so cute.

    Has he been able to use any of the things I've sent yet? I've been dying to see them on him!

    You only get about 3 months off with pay? Is that the law out there?
    We get a year or 6mths for mom & then 6 mths for dad or whatever aslong as it equals a year or less, & thats with pay.

    3months is extremely lucky here. When I had Mimi is March, I got 6 weeks with pay. Of course, as soon as I came back it was bumped to 8 weeks. But 3 months is practically unheard of.

    LOL. LOLOLOL. With VERY few exceptions, and Ely Lily is one of them, we get next to nothing off 'paid'. I had ZERO paid time off. ZERO. One of my bosses said to me, "didn't you save any money these 9 months?" Yeah, since you pay so highly to begin with!!! Right.

    I get up to 12 weeks, on 1/3 of my regular pay. It's funny, you EXPAND your family and they cut your pay. The only way we've been able to make it is my parents have been helping make up my missing salary. Otherwise, I would have had no choice but to go back after 4 weeks - and would've been "lucky" to have that much time.

    Maternity leave over here sucks.
