We had a neighbor with a pretty mutt blue tri a while back but they moved.

do u mean a brown eye patch? 'cause you wont find an all brown dog with an eye patch...
if you want a brown(fawn) dog with a mask then that'd be easy...but i dont think it's genetically possible for a dog to be brown and have an eye patch...
