A small dog that doesn't bark a lot? Good luck!![]()
What does she plan on doing with the dog when she travels? What time and money does she have for grooming? Does she mind shedding? Does she have a fenced back yard?

Well, one that doesn't bark muchOriginally Posted by wolf_Q
She plans on leaving the dog home when she travels, and her neighbor takes care of her pets.
She doesn't have much time for grooming and perfers not having people abuse her dogs.
Shedding isn't a big deal for her, she doesn't mind it.
And I don't think she has a fenced yard...

What do you mean by this statement??Originally Posted by rupert
If she has no time for grooming then please cross off all longer haired dogs (including yorkies) off your list. If she doesn't mind shedding she should be fine with a shorthaired dog.
I dont know what groomers you are reffering to but in my experience its more than likely the owners who do the abusing by not sticking to their job as a pet owner and not brushing/grooming their dogs + cats out properly and not checking nails on their dogs. She doesn't have much time for grooming and perfers not having people abuse her dogs.
I know for a fact if we have a dog come into the shop I work at that cannot be done we will turn it away and reffer it to a vet because we DONT abuse animals and I seriously think thats a bit of a stupid comment IMO, You cannot judge all groomers on a bad experience that is just plain stupid.![]()
