    Paul has been doing some "modifications" and upgrading to the BBS Software ...

    I'd bet the Rating Stars turn-on button accidently got *punched* and wasn't
    noticed.

    Hopefully it will get turned back OFF again before anyone gets uppyset.
    We all seemed to do a lot better when we DIDN'T "rate" things!

    Oh yes, I totally agree with the above! We better not start rating again, it led to quite a fight on PT.
