my dog wont poop

Is she eating normally? Maybe she doesn't need to yet ... it has only been a day or so, right? She's just had a major upheaval in her life. As long as she doesn't seem uncomfortable, I wouldn;t worry yet. (Which I know is easier said than done.)

I wouldn't worry about the no poop for a few days. Have you kept her on the same food she was on before? I would be more concerned about the vomit, which could be froms stress or new food.

Depending on where you got her a health check may be in order anyway.

Yes as stated above, I wouldn't worry if she didn't poop for a few days. She may just be stressed out. I know when HJ moved to the apartment and took Charlie with him, he wasn't used to going potty on a leash, so for the first few days he just wouldn't poo at all. But he just wasn't used to doing it on a leash. Once he was comfortable and got used to it, he does it all the time now!

You said you just got her. I'm sure she's just nervous and is still adjusting to her new life and home and family!

Now if it continues past a week, then I would contact your vet.
