I work with a rescue group. They take responsibility for the animals. Vet bills are covered by the group. They "advertise" the cats on Petfinder and have adoption events and fund raisers and all that good stuff. We, the volunteers and foster moms, can help in the adoption process.....talking to the people, home visits.....etc, but we need to use the groups "criteria". Like, they can not have the cat declawed, it must be an indoor only pet....etc. We can't allow them to make an exception to our rules just because it is fostered in our home.

I could never do this without the support of a group.

I'm praying they find furrever homes, and that Toby Greg does, too. He, too, gave me LES.
Loving meowmie to Archy & Binky (RIP my sweet boy 10/13/10)

Oooohhhhhh, Shelly is a gorgeous girl! Jen, smokey tuxy? Is that like more greyish black than dark black? Either way, she is stunning. She'll find her furrever home real quick!

Simba is VERY handsome!! As soon as I opened the picture, he reminded me of a full-grown Basie!!! SOOOOO cute!!!

Black smoke is her color. It means that the undercoat (roots) are white and the tips are black. So when you part the hair you see the white underneath.

    She is a little sweetheart.

But Simba is LOVE in a fur coat. And what an amazing PURR therapist.

Jen they are adorable. Simba sounds like my dream kitty "love in a fur coat". I love that!!!

I hope they find their forever homes soon but at least they are in a great place for now.
