If you could get close enough to Antare to snag him, I'd probably faint and you could walk right off with him. He's a pretty timid little guy.

Stuart's hand is improving. He got the stitches out a couple days ago and the pin comes out in 10 days or so. As long as he's careful and doesn't bump it, the pain is much better too.

His Dad came over tonight and followed me around through the feeding routine so he can do that if Stuart's hand won't allow it. The feed bucket weighs about 25 pounds and you kinda need two hands--one to carry, one to scoop. Setting the bucket down to scoop every time would just be annoying, especially for the dogs! I don't think they'll get much meat while I'm gone. Stuart can't use an axe yet. The meat is frozen in big blocks and I chop off meal size chunks. Hopefully one of them will scoop the poop--a week without scooping would be a little long!
