Donna, my mom suffered from fluid behind her eardrums, nose and hearing problems all her life. Right before she passed, she gave in and allowed an ENT to put those little tubes in her ears and they helped tremendously. He also painlessly drained the fluid. The Nasonex never helped either. Just a suggestion you may want to ask about at your next appointment. Good Luck.

Just got back. There's definitely water behind my right ear drum. His suggestion was to insert a tube in my ear and see if that helps the fluid drain. Now I've gotta call the insurance company to see what's covered. At least I can do it without losing time from work. It's a 6itch to get old.
