Sammy seems to be doing better. My Mom started the yelping/ouch! thing last week and he does not do it nearly as much Also, a dog trainer came to the house and she puts her hand all the way in his mouth and says "gentle....gentle.....good gentle Sammy!" I'm not sure why, but it seems to calm him down about it too.
