Poor animals! That is really unfair. I'm not sure about the law here, but i'm sure that there would be so much protest that the RSPCA would be forced to act. I feel so sorry for all farm animals in that situation, why is it like that for them? They are alive just like us and our pets, so why is it OK to deprive them of movement? Agh, i get really mad on these subjects.
