    There was an increase after Snow Dogs and I expect there will be again. One of the groups I work with is going to theatres after the movie and handing out a "So you think you want a husky" leaflet. Complete with pics of huskies escaping, running away, digging and destroying a couch! Maybe that will help some people think twice.

    I heard a couple more things about the movie today. They actually used some rescued dogs!

    This lady does amazing work and I think it's pretty cool that they did use a couple rescued dogs. Maybe that will help some of the dogs already in rescue waiting for homes.

    I also got an email from someone who saw an advanced screening. She said it was terribly depressing and not to go without a large box of kleenex!
