I don't know. If it were me, I go over there and definitely give them a piece of my mind. I'll bet you they don't even notice the cat is gone. Pieces of 3hit that they are!!
Their next door neighbor came over to see the cat while we were waiting for the city to come and pick him up.He went and told them and they didnt even come over to see if it was their cat for certian,or even to say goodbye.How sad is that! I was the last person this cat saw
