One must let all the juices flow back into the meat to make it juicy. Gosh, I have not had a steak in a long time. Cook 2 min. on each side (I like it very rare , let rest and cover with blue cheeeezzzee....it's a little bit of heaven. Only thing missing is the 1 lb. lobster tail, crab legs and a tub of melted butter to go with it. How can you tell that salad I had for lunch just didn't do the trick.
