I hate to be the only one to sound a note of alarm - and it's probably not what's going on here - but when my cat Myrtille started drooling, it was because she had oral cancer. It was the beginning of the end for her, my beloved one. I don't think that anything could have been done to help her by the time it was discovered, except to be with her, which we did. But - maybe just to be sure - you should have your cat's mouth checked??? Just to be sure? Sorry to be scary. I just wouldn't want you to find out later that something could have been done.
