    I HAD NO IDEA!!!!!
    When we were calling around to shelters looking for our soon to be Tinky I figured they would be free ( feeling nieve )... BELIEVE ME THOUGH i didn't complain that they weren't..... I don't even know how much I would pay to save a life..... As for the people that still don't understand after they are explained the costs they shouldn't even be allowed to be blessed with a pet!!!!!!!!!!!!
