Not so much 'table scraps' as in our leftovers.
The birds get all kinds of things, mostly fruits, vegetables, and pasta.

I often give the dogs things when I'm feeding the birds. They most often get baby carrots.

The cats almost never get anything. On occasion they may get a little nibble of fish or chicken or something.

yes, sometimes. they don't get fed in bulk though. just a few pieces here and there. i read online that sometimes 'human food' can be better than dog food, if fed in the correct amounts, with proper nutrients.

Same here Its mostly my dads fault, and you can tell, at dinner time they all are swarmed around him. They are all very polite beggers though, for the most part

We used to- all the time. Finally I realized that it was making Frisk a bit too chubby, so I stopped completely. My sister agrees with me, and she stopped too. But my parents are a whole different story. Both of them still try to sneak the dogs tablescraps when I'm not looking. I usually catch them, though .

Yep. Anytime I'm over at my parents' house for dinner the dogs stay at my feet.

My sister feeds the cat...I never realized it until one time at dinner Cupcake walked over onto the windowsill and from there put her front paws on my sister's shoulder and pulled a bite of mashed potatoes off of her fork!

Yes. But if Autumn gets a lot I give her less for her next meal. She lays on the floor by the table. I don't consider that begging, just watching and wishing. She'd sit outside of the room if I actually told her to. I don't consider it bad to give a healthy dog table scraps. I've had a talk with the whole family recently to cut back. I'd like to get 5 pounds off her because she's showing signs of bad hips. They actually listened and you can see it helped her, she's wasn't much overweight to begin with but now you can see her ribs a little.

I do, yes, but not EVERYTHING goes!! I only give them certain things, and only very tiny pieces; like: a little piece of chicken, turkey, cheese, ham. Snoopy eats everything so she also gets some of my veggies sdometimes

The only time I ever give Molli or Sammy table scraps is when we are eating pork chops, we will give them the bones. But they are givin them only when they are in their kennels because Molli is VERY food aggresive. Also so they know they don't get food right from the table. Plus Sam is a Cocker and they get fat easily.

    Oreo gets chicken and turkey.

I don't give him table scraps because he's already too fat and he's such a beggar I hate to encourage that.He get lots of treats though (too many in fact)

We used to ALL the time when we had Angus & Keisha but now we rarely do.

What they usually get now is to lick our plates clean when we are done eating, yes...I said lick off our plate and no it doesn't gross us out
But here lately they were begging too much so we've stopped it (well for the most part any way)

Out of my three cats, Amadeus is the only one who will eat table scraps. He gets turkey, chicken and fries! I don't feed my puppy, Bailey, table scraps and probably never will. He already has a well balanced dry kibble that provides him with everything he needs. He will be getting a raw bone 2X a week and reward treats. I put Bailey in his Ex-Pen every time we're eating. I let him watch and then give him his kibble when we're finished. Since I can't put my cats in a kennel, they all sit around us when we're eating. I am NOT the guilty one for feeding Amadeus scraps, DH is. He feels "sorry" for him when he sits there looking so cute. Atleast my other two kitties won't get fat, Amadeus is getting rounder and rounder... Too much table scraps! LOL!
