If the company has any information online, write them an E-mail, that is completely inappropriate and her higher-ups should know!

Even if the company doesn't have information online, write the store manager a letter. You are probably not the only teenagers she has treated poorly, and they can use the letter to either try to correct her attitude or take steps toward her dismissal or disciplinary action. They do not want an employee that drives away customers! Maybe they'll have her work in the stockroom, or somewhere away from people.

If you know her name, include that, otherwise just the date and time you were at the store, and give your receipt number so they can verify things.

Well, okay...here's MY take on this. I always give a person the benefit of the doubt. Maybe there was a very expensive dress stolen on this girl's shift and she's being extra cautious. Maybe it's her first day and she came off as being rude. If it were me and I wasn't AWARE of how I was being perceived, I'd want to know about it so I could correct the issue.

If none of the above applies (which is doesn't look like it does)...

What Mayor Karen said! Is this place a chain or is it privately owned? If it's privately owned, I'd find out when the owners will be in and speak with them. If possible, bring in everyone that was with you that day.

No one deserves to be treated that way.
