    The other day I went to a seminar put on by the Chamber of Commerce. It was a employment law update so the presenters were lawyers and the audience lawyers and hr professionals.

    As I looked at one of the participants I pondered....what makes someone wake up one morning and decide to dye their hair turquoise? And why do they go out in public looking that way? And what skin tones go best with turquoise hair?

    I agree Richard! I have fading pink highlights and I'm looking for a good blue dye, doesn't matter what color but I want it to be a one step thing so I don't have to bleach it and have the blue fade out and be left with blond highlights!
