He muzzle reminds me a lot of a rottie but everything else shouts dobie to me, she looks quite a bit like my friend's gal Matrix, who is a dobie/rottie cross and a very very smart girl as well, but she's larger in size than Kiara. Both lovely ladies

Ok I heard back from my friend.

Her dog Michi is Dobe/Aussie. She's got the color of a Dobe, shorter hair like a Dobe, the size of an Aussie but slim like a Dobe.

That's what I've always thought too.

I would say not part min pin, they're 10 pounds at the most. Standard Pinschers on the other hand are between 25-35 pounds.
