One of my favorite things to do sometimes is go to Dogster and use the advance search feature to see what different breed combos look like. I've tried to figure out what else may be in Tasha before because supposedly her mom was GSD/greyhound and her dad was unknown, however I just cannot get any clues. She looks VERY similar to GSD/greyhound and GSD/whippet mixes I looked at.

Anyway, I tried a few different combos seeing if I could come up with anything similar to Kiara. One thing I noticed in almost all the rottie mixes there was the very distinct, blocky, mastiff/rottie type head on them, so I just honestly don't think she is a rottie mix, or if she is that it is way back in her lineage. I always thought that as a pup, she reminded me so much of a coonhound pup I helped rescue a few years back, so I did a search on coonhound mixes.

Ok I better quit playing around with that instead of working, but I think it's fascinating. She really could be any number of mixes, but one thing is for sure, she's pure precious!
