Is that merling or just the sun shine? If it's merling/merle patches, I REALLY think she could be a Dobe/Catahoula/Whippet mix.

I see some type of sighthound due to her delicate build and slightly arched back/noticeable tuck-up.

Edited to add: Now that I see her head and the comparisons between the Dobe and Catahoula, I have to say that that may be her mix. Many dobes have very delicate builds due to their ancestry (Greyhounds), so she may or may not have Whippet in her. That would explain her size, however. Catahoulas are rather large dogs and tend to range from 55 pounds and more. The smallest females should range around 20" at the withers.
