I am not sure Gary, but I think these are the European version of your Whiskas temptations. I bought them in the Netherlands (where I work) and I even cannot find them in France

Of course, there were treats in the box, this is why Peppito tried so hard to open it! But Whiskas has made Cat-proof boxes, they are very hard to open
