Great, Ithink i gained that much back..sigh..keep it up..doing great..
good for you! i'm jealous, I've been trying to lose some wieght lately, because track season is coming up and i need to lose maybe 5 or 10 for that...how'd you do it? i've just been running and not eating as much, but then i get lazy or hungry and i mess up lol
I really haven't been doing much, but the main thing I've learned is to eat your food slow enough so you can tell when you're full. If you eat fast like I did, you can eat and eat and eat till you're STUFFED, but you need to be able to recognize FULL, not STUFFED.![]()

Congrats! That is probably the hardest thing... losing weight. I have been in hockey since october and haven't lost a pound. maybe because i get muscles from it... who knows. last year i lost 15 pounds because the coach made us go on diets. this year not as much luck. but my mom always says that i am still young and i shoulden't worry about it.... but it would be nice.

yeah i always get skinnier during track season, bu ti usually dont actually lose pounds, sometimes i even gain a few, which is bad for me too even if it is muscle. but i guess its not really the number that counts but how you feel, or lookOriginally Posted by dab_20

Yeah, I suppose your right. I know I am pretty fit, even though I could always get more in shape.Originally Posted by G.P.girl
